Is it possible to reprogramm original Mercedes Keyloess Go keys?

Hi, I have some (original) used Mercedes Keyless GO Keys and want to try to erase / re-programm /reuse them. I have a VVDI MB Tool. Has someone done this before? Is it possible? What tools do I need or which chip needs to be replaced maybe? VVDI can't write to it.

They are 315mhz Keys, but I need them to work with 433mhz (I think I know which parts to replace, but this makes only sense if I can re-programm them)
