Nissan Pathfiner Navi Upgrade

Hi guys.I m working on a Nissan Pathfinder ,the customer has the multimedia system from the first picture and he bought the Navi OEM system for scrap yard (see the pictures) .Now ,i worked with such things before (bmw ,opel ) but the problems are coming now : -The wiring conectors ar totaly diferent ,the new system has some extra parts (cd changer) ,i can not find any schematics online or some sort of Nissan TIS .
Someone who worked with Nissan Pathfinder before may help me ? Is there any program wich i can use to explain the wiring diagram ? Is there any need for configuration changing in car ECU ? If so ,what tool i need? Nissan Consult? Thanks guys.
