    Default cpu run from 80% to 100%

    every time i start my pc it overheats checked by speed fan on going into task master a file called cmd.exe * 32 is the problem it registers 100% in the cpu list it only goes to normal if i end the process i have ran several anti virus programs nothing any help would be appreciated cheers

    Try running an anti malware scan. There are free scans online or you can download Zemana anti malware or Malwarebytes and see if they find anything.
    A virus is different to malware so a virus scan will not pick anything up other than a virus.
    I run Malwarebytes ( paid for ) version and have had no issues at all with it and i can recommend it.

    got it sorted ran every malware software i could find a agent had hijacked a start process and which made the cpu overheat
