Opel Zafira y22dtr PSG16 p0606 and p1632

Hi!
I have Opel Zafira with pump malfunction.
The MOSFET is changed(burned wire and trnasistor inside pump), but these errors don't go.
Someone said that this may be a ground problem, as the ground to the MOSFET is burned.
Any advice on how to repair will be appreciated!

Maybe pump Is death?

For sure pump is dead! I need to repair it.
If someone knows where the ground points go, it'll be perfect.
There is a guide for PSG5, but can't find such for PSG16.

I have same problem with psg16,P0606 and P1632,car not start.I try connect diagnostic on the table,then this fault codes not get,if diagnostic via car obd,i get P1632 and P0606,I checked all powers and ground in the car,B+ ok,B- ok,Ignition ok.Same problem with two pump...
