You used wrong pinout for reading, no surprise you have problem now. I think next problem will be finding same PN eeprom + flash because it's from Dodge Sprinter

Ok thank you I read with vvdi prog to change the dump to tango he does not recognize the dump so the solution is to see a complete kit?
