You can try a later software (0.98d12 is latest i think). You can try sivava.com or yamahamusicians.com, there is a download.Version 0.97 was for pcb3 iirc.

Hi; i have tried it but no success...What will be magic, it's someone who has the same pcb than me post here and pdf too concerning using of jumpers....Am i the only one for having it? I don't think. So please could u help me? I have tried to play with the 2nd switch and began to have some good result such as identification of manifacturer (AMD) but no result concerning Chip...In all cases many thks for great help.

Hi friends ! Im have this!! Mi old Willem LPT. Is not PCB4.You can Try with this software ( a few old version PCB3/4/5 in folder). Soft varies and user guide PCB5 here.
Its PCB5.
