    i cant find anything wrong......

    i try to find an other flash and test it on board....

    As long as it can be read or write flash should be ok.it does not matter if it is in programmer or in ecu,same operations take place.if programmer can read it then the mcu can read it.for that ecu to boot you need a good power supply,a good processor,good ram if it requiers,pcb to be in good condition and a good sw.do you have an oscilloscope?power supply ic i think is u304,i cant see very well that part of the board.from there you start troubleshooting.
