mercedes c class w203 keys dont turn

i have a problem with this car where both keys don't turn in the ignition and remote is not working,i don't have the car at present but just the eis and keys and both keys are ok, eis part number is 209 545 05 08 with hc12,I have checked eis eep dump with skc and don't see any hash errors so i enclose flash from eis too if someone can please check it for me or advise further

Car Battery is OK?
Did you check that key's ir remote function is working?

I will need to recover the complete car to my place to do further testing,the only question i can answer at the moment is that both keys are transmitting fine,all that was sent to me so far was the 2 keys and ignition so i just got started and decided to check for hash errors,i will report more when i get the car .thanks
