XENTRY mercedes update, anyone can make it by Team Viewer

Hello all,

i have the Xentry Mercedes with

Version: 17.9.2.4
09/2015
ASAM (CAESAR): 1.2.16.0
ASAM (SOFTING): 8.8.14

Anyone could help to update the software by Team Viewer?
Some days ago i need to diagnose a W212 and cant do it, always error.

Its the C3 multiplexer i have, and the Dell D630 laptop working with Xentry.

thank you for the help, it will be good to be some help to do it.
If you could send the contact to help me, i will be gratefull.
I allready have an update to install, a guy start to do it by Teamviewer and not finish to install, only make the download to my laptop,
now maybee only need to install good.

star c3 software don't upddate any more since 2015.9. if you wanna work with new car models, you have to use the sd c4 with xentry software, xentry software for sd c4 has updated to 2019.09v.
