I wonder if anyone have an idea how to remove this annoying notification in android?

I have Samsung Galaxy and this notification drive me crazy.

It makes me use my comp rather than phone asking everytime I search the forum if I want to use Tapatalk which instead of browser.

I turned off all notification in settings for the browser but still coming up

Please advice how remove it permanently.
