Ford Transit 2,2 D SID 208 need change flash to 140HPh

i have exact to same ECU SID 208
The org is total dad. Customor by a set of this ECU, Key and BCM. BUR not the same power clas
the car have dtc and only run 100 km/h
He change the ECU from a 101 HP but the engine is a 140 HP

so i read complete the new used ECU

SID 208
S180145002 A
4VFC
CC11-12A650-AC

8 all this number are 1:1 of the org ECU

and need a flash file for this ECU with 140 HP

any help please

Not possible to use IDS and reprogram ECU?
I ask becuase I many times reprog ECU with IDS. When IDS start and ident ECU than ask user "The ECU data is correct?" Than You answer "NO" and put correct calibration data.
This way not work to SID206? Too new ECU?
