    Question Heated rear window

Hi all wondered if anybody has used the silver paint to repair the lines on the rear heated window as i have about half of them not working. not bothered to find out about a replacement glass as it will be expensive ( Volvo V70 ) any advise would be welcome

halfords.com used to do some conductive 'nail varnish' that was ?7 a go and crap, it was higher reistancse than o/e

look for 'kent industries' if you can get hold of their stuff, '95 ?30 but you could trace a circuit on the table and do all sorts with it, mend circuit boards etc.

otherwise go (in your other car) or ring autoglass and ask about a claim on insurance, they don't like changing for the hell, but if need be gaffa tape and a brick!

    enjoy

the reason it burnt out is over use leaving it to burn out,it is only meant for short use on/off use.

in this world never expect anything to be a ok as i have seen plenty of evidence, try the paint first and screen will need cleaning first to allow paint to make contact.

    Hi.
The best way break your rear window and fixed by insurance office if you have windscreen cover.
I do the same way, works and no extra money.
I used special steel paint special for fix rear heating but works only 4 weeks not to strong.
Try what i said, good luck.
