    Default Forklift engine ecu transistor

    Hi friends please help with this ecu. Its forklift Boss Steinbock with Ford engine. ECU drive ignition coil. I suspect that transistor on picture is broken but not sure until i get info what exactly is this transistor type and its darlington or normal. Its Motorola manafacturer with marks 7673B. Anyone know what is replacement?
