Autel maxisys mini

Hey guys,

I purchased a maxisys mini 2 years ago. Ok have been very happy with this unit until recently. No one told me that when my update expires I can no longer talk and communicate with ANY vehicle. Until I pay for a update. Looking at other options and scanners $625 a update is not worth it for me as a private individual. I am looking at other scanners. Anyone know if the Launch X431 V+ does the same thing or not???

A coworker of mine has a mini from a few years ago. He hasn’t updated it since 2015 or 2016 and it still communicates with cars
