OBDLink sx ori can i use it like scanning tool for specific brand?

I have a query, I have an original OBDLink sx cable (red).

I read I can use it with renolink software, and as i see it works.

And in Ford with some modifications.....

Can i use it for other brand (e.g. Toyota teachstream)?
