PCR 2.1 Via OBD With Kess

Hi,

Can someone confirm if I can safely unlock-Read-Write pcr 2.1 via OBD with kess v2?
Its a VW Golf 2011 1.6
Can it be done with Clone or Genuine wihout opening ecu?

yea . original kess is about 4000 notes plus vat , autotuner the same , mpps the same . x17 and flex alittle more
