The Eurovox Max V 2008 is a cable box so it won't work with your S*y dish. The Eurovox Ultra is a dreambox clone so it would work with your dish but you will only receive the FTA channels.

You could buy yourself a dreambox dm500 clone for about ?60. The S*y dish is too small to recieve anything worthwhile and the only channels you will recieve will be the free channels. I would advise you to do a lot of reading before you go out and get yourself a box as satellite tv is a little bit more complicated than cable but well worth it in the end.
