Reply With QuoteWell come to find out. The PowerGate 3+ encodes the ECU dumps and this is what you send the tuner. I could by a decoder for around $200 but I will just try and return the Flashzilla. I ordered a Carprog so hopefully this will give me a good dump of my 06 Jetta TDI ECU.

I saved a rom file from the flashzilla3 however it is only 62kb.
2006 VW Jetta TDI PD BRM
Is this some proprietary file compression? And is there anyway to extract my ECU .bin file from this?
