better , try to read front BCM D-Flash 32k , i can restore eeprom for you
if you cannot read it , use these files EEP+FLASH and reconfigure the BCM using SDD

Hello.
I uploaded the "virgin" files in BCM and after adding a new bcm in SDD the car ignites etc. but there are errors and there is still no VIN in bcm and one key works :-)
Any tips? For me, the content of the EEE is probably damaged and it cannot be recovered
(it is impossible to read the D-flash only EEE)

As he wrote topclef upload virgin files from this thread. I have the same problem and the car is already starting but not everything is still OK and I ask what and how.

I have a 2013 xf250 estate with front bcm DX23-14B476-BG, not recognising keys and no comms with lots of modules after disconnecting battery, I read with vvdi prog, the d-flash was 32kb, when I went to read eee it gave me the option to set the partition size, I read it several ways, anyway I got eeprom repaired from d-flash, wrote back 2kb file to eeprom, on writing it gave me no option to set partition, it did so automatically but wrote okay, after writing back I read d-flash again and there is no data in there, from digging around I am led to believe that if things are okay with the eeprom the d-flash should contain no readable data so in short a healthy bcm should have:

d-flash 0Kb
eeprom 2Kb
p-flash 256Kb

Someone correct me if this is wrong

On this car after I connect bcm back, radio,headlights and ignition came to life for a few seconds and immo light started flashing, then ignition turned off and I got the key not recognised msg in cluster, I think I need sdd to go any further on this, I will report back my findings in future

I think the content is ok. Without SDD, it probably won't work. I have a lot of equipment but I managed only to the end through SDD. What kind of diagnostic equipment do you have? What are they serving? vin numbers from front and rear BCM?

The content looks okay but hard to tell, vin&part numbers are correct, I have plenty of diag equipment, tried launch, autoland, autel..., I think sdd is the only way out, if that doesn’t work as is, I will try virgin file if I can find, I am getting sdd set up shortly

With the help of the X431 it will only get worse so watch out :-)
I saw module memory errors only when using SDD. Let me know when you have it. my x250 has already gone into the world :-p today.

Thanks for help blekju, solved with eeprom repaired, update kvm then configure bcm as new module and run immo function
