    Default Bosch m7.4.4 error

Very good, this afternoon when I was modifying the maps of my citroen sax control unit, I got confused about the file and wrote a file from another m7.4.4 control unit of the other sax, but with a different reference, the kess v2 gave me an error when I finished write and the immobilizer light blinks and does not start, and the 29f400bb has been soldered and the original map written using kess v2 (512kb) has been written but it does not start and immo flashes.
And I tried boot mode with Ktag but the switchboard does not recognize me.

Default You can try this friend !

Hi friend. You cannot recovery original file, you can try virginize ECu and reprogram with lexia. You can extract PIN CODE read from BSI or read from original ecu ME7.4.4 ( 95160 file)
    Attached Files Attached Files

I also have had this issue. I donīt know why after write with kess or galletto the ecu died.
Fortunatelly, i had desoldered and readed the 29F400. Then i wrote it again with willem and the car starts OK.
This car was rally car, (immo off, without BSI) and maybe that be the cause of the problem, i donīt know.

Also, i have read once that the "official" method to write this ecu, is recalibrating the throthle body after write.
Iīm not sure about this because with an external programmer you donīt need to do this things.

    Note:
    Galletto only read maps .
Kess read 512kb but you donīt have all data. (It is filled with FF)
Only external programmer can read all.

    And the question is:
Have you write the original from kess or from external programmer?
    If kess-> wonīt run.
If external programmer-> it should work.

Hello good really the ecu is m7.4.4 mechanical accelerator (sax)
I think you are referring to an ME7.4.4 which is an electronic accelerator.
This car does not carry BSI.
On the other hand, the reading is done by means of kess v2 and I have the original reading, but after reviewing I discover that the file that I am trying to write is a reading in gq 4x4 of the 29f400bb (512kb) of another switchboard,

From that moment I tried to write again the original file (512kb) (which I had read with kessv2) directly to 29f400bb but the car does not start.

I don't understand ... Could it be that the wrong screamer broke another chip?

Write you original file. Next read other time and compare files for verify correct data write. This flash eprom can write out of board (desolder chip,of course) with GQ programmer or same. Its more secure.

I already tried several times to write the file to the ecu (always desoldering and reading with gq and chip adapter)
and comparing I find no difference, the original file is a reading of kess,
Could it be that the reading of kess is not complete?
The kess does not recognize me the switchboard

    Kess donīt read all data.
The file is 512kb, Ok, but is not real data because it is filled with FF. Only gq 4x4 can read and write all data.
    HW&SW Nš?
    Post you files.

PD: You're right, i was talking about ME7.4.4 not M7.4.4, Sorry.
