I have radio from mazda 2 2009, the new owner of the car put 3 times wrong code and now is ERR on the radio display all the time, can anyone reset it and tell me the code please? memory inside 24c02.

Next time do this - without removing radio:

to clear "err"
press 6 then AM then Auto M then up
now shows ----
enter master unlock code with PS 1-4 - 3511 for Mazda2
hold Auto M & 6
