    Default Golf 6 keyless problem

    Hello,
I have an 2010 Golf 6 R with keyless system.
I tried to add a new key to the car using FVDI.

Now the car shows 0-2 on the dashboard and i cannot add the keys.

I tried adding only the original key and same problem , it shows 0-1 and "key not found"

Is there a special procedure to add the key different from a normal car without keyless ?

strange - wonder if issue with car's key coil .
Try one of those coil testers which light up on signal - avdi sell one.

Did you do backup of dash before hand?
    If so restore it.

In theory it could be left without keys as needs to 1st see the key near coil to register.

You can do backup on all systems, even MQB systems, without opening dash. Indeed VVDI even pops up with a message saying "do backup"
FVDI is from fly - so recommend a decent tool like AVDI or VVDI, and bin Fly

    Good luck

Try go go in measuring blocks in immo.
Check if ignition coil is working by checking the key..

I cannot measure blocks in immo, it's grayed out.

I measured the coil on pins 7 and 8 from the instrument cluster and it has a resistance of 86 ohm.

I noticed that if i press the Start button the led on the key blinks for 1-2 sec , than the "key not found" message appears

I think I remember this also. VVDI1 Old could do keyless, while AVDI didn't at that time. And this was some of the bulling, which was done earlier when it didn't.
So an un-updated FVDI 2014/2015? I am quite sure would not support this.

Read pin-FVDI and then use ODIs to add the key.
