Resources ?
Where do you guys get your drivers from? Do you make your own? I know that there is some database that u get with cracked ECM 1.6 around, but is there anything more than just that.
I can't find drivers for my car using ECM.
Where do you source original map files from? Like i can find a file or two, but the SW doesn't match...
Is there a free solution?

You are diving in to a totally wrong direction if you are follow this approach.
Make some steps back and look at the bigger picture, even it may look easier this way, starting with ECM , will not be a great idea , at all.
