HELP Delphi DS150e Flashing Red

My unit was working all fine but upgraded to the 2016 version and now running into this problem.

as soon as i connect the delphi unit to the obd port, i flashes red and cant connect vci.

can someone please help.

Try to start any old version (2013-2014) and upgrade box with it.
