Default Is this Toyota Prius smart key is direct reusable?

I tried to renew 2 keys with Tango - Tango showed

    Tiris DST40
    ID70E Master key

but cant recognise them like Smart key
    - it can't make battery check
    - it can't check is the key is locked or unlocked

so I think that maybe this model is direct reusable - can somebody confirm?

Transponder is a 4D wedge tag. It’s separate from the remote in the head of the case. The remote must be unlocked to program in. No one has an unlocking solution for them as far as I know.

The chip is reusable as is. It's the remote that's not reusable. The case is sealed but there is no reason to ope it as the remote can't be unlocked anyway if you just need something to start the car, it's ready because it has the slot to put the key in. Just no Prox or remote functions.

Yes. You don’t need to renew the keys at all. You just need to perform immobilizer reset and program key normally as non-smart key programming. Then you will manually program the remote key fob
