Meriva 1.2 EGR off ME 1.5.5

Good morning this file is from a opel meriva MY 2000 Z12XE with
ME 1.5.5 , i need EGR OFF , because i have constantly P1405 and P0403
if i detach the egr plug i have this error but not active but if i try to cancel
the error come back immediatly , if i run with the egr detached the car is
running good .
If is not possible to eleiminate the egr system please eliminate the two errors
