Opel EDC17C59, TC1767

I have tried "immo off" services found online on this ECU, both EEPROM and map
(tried first map, after that EEPROM+map, then just EEPROM, and after that, second version of map after reporting back to tuner what fault codes i got),
but tuner gave up and i have not been able to get a solution on this one yet, anyone that can have a look?

Car does not crank, yellow key-logo on instrument cluster,
also seems like there is another module saying nope before start is initiated:
instrument cluster, media screen, heater/AC all "reboot" quickly when i would expect the engine to start/crank.
There are DTCs: P0513, U0405
