Trying to read 1K79X - but can’t connect

Removed this mcu from pcb, trying to read the mc9s12dG256 mask 1K79x, trying to read the flash but it is not connecting to the chip,

am using R270+ programmer, xprog also can’t read it...

all pins are soldered well... I have realized that when I bring 2 pins , I am able to read the eeprom but the flash won’t be able to verify out, even though it may read alright but during the the verification process it give error..

i need help

Wrong connection. Xprog-M manual shows ONLY H256 23 pin should be free and oscillator should be connected with 12-14 cm twisted pair.
