Default Piaggio Vespa T5 ID11 Key Code

I have a Magneti Marelli ECU from a Vespa GTS.

    Can somebody explain why my transponder Writer converts my Master Code BE FA 00 00 01 88 EB 22 to a different code: 5F 7D 00 80 00 C4 75 11

I am trying to write the Master Key hex code BE FA 00 00 01 88 EB 22 using a mini zed-bull. But when I read the chip afterwards it reads as 5F 7D 00 80 00 C4 75 11 and will not work on the bike.

    Chip is a T5 ID 11.

The ID11 reading in scooter immobilizer bit processing sorting different.

The Chip RW device 5F 7D sorting

    BE bits 1011 1110 the bits inversely 0111 1101=7D
    FA bits 1111 1010 the bits inversely 0101 1111=5F
    ...
    ....
The all ID11 scooter/Bike inverse mode in eeprom and in chipRWdevice
