Again the FIAT keys

Before few days I programed aftermarket Delphi key on Grande Punto with Truecode and TMPro - but butons are wrong

So I decide to renew used key and changed PCF7946 but Handy Baby cant see the chip

I thought that maybe I breaked the chip and changed with new one and situation is the same - Then I soldered back the original chip and HB can read the chip - May be my PCF7946 are bad batch

I dont have time to order new chips and think to take PCF from new Renault key with the same chip PCF7946 Blank Crypto Mode

Is this swap is possible?

Yes you can swap from Renault, all will work after proper precoding

Must jump into this for a bit...
Had a Grande Punto few days ago 2014 Delphi 70F3632. AVDI can not prepare remote properly. With remote data from IO terminal,manually set to PCF,also didn’t work.
Anyone had similar experience and maybe solution?

are you sure it's 70F3632? It's an fiat 500 bsi then. Maybe try it with fiat500 remote precode

and for Marelli BSI ? I/O Terminal give no remote pre-code ?

Yeah. Mine was 3632 for sure. Avdi couldn’t read it at all. With avdi,you can only select witch SMD would you like to prepare.
I edit blank pcf with remote data from IO,but dead end also. No remote functions.
Didn’t had too much time for bigger dive in this problem,customer had to run on some trip,but from Monday I will have some more time to deal with it

yupp thats not right tango unable to precode fiat remote only the tp part

i have big problems with China key for fiat , tested 4 keys on 4 cars fiat 500 , KA .... car start but no remote control & keys are not locked after programming ( i can unlock them with ISK )
ONLY ORIGINAL KEYS WORKS after pcf7946 swap ( and locked to the car ! )

i use 10 / 16 PIN remote data to pre-code , PCB are the same , frequency OK
the BSI car don't lock Chinese keys ! how is possible ?
Original key is the only way or need to choose 8 PIN remote pre-code ?

Honestly, didn't figure this one out yet.
I never had an issue with fiat 500. BTW, I only use oem keys.
My issue was with Grande punto 2014.
I tried all options, no joy at all with remote part.
I use Avdi for Fiat. ProTag preparation automatic. No problem whatsoever with fiat 500 and all other models. Only G punto for now.

ive had a good few grand punto that avdi only offered key programming and needed pin to be able to precode key but couldnt read pin under key learning , i switched to read config data saved date , read in transponder maker which gave me pin , i then went back into key learning , selected prepare transponder from bcm , entered pin and all was good.

ive had just 1 grand punto that avdi couldnt work with , just said unsupported bcm , i used vag tacho which put key and remote in with no issues on that one .
