    Default Help identifying heat paste/silicone

    Hello everyone.

Anyone know what the white heat paste/silicone is called in the pic?

Ive seen it used on many ecu's to bond the pcb to the aluminium housing part of the ecu cover.

Its probably some in house mix for the ecu manufacturer. I usually just use thermal grease when replacing it. Like this https://tinyurl.com/y3g85tmz

thanx for your reply, only problem is the thermal grease wont "glue" the pcb to the housing and thats my problem because there is about a 5mm gap between the pcb and the housing without the "glue"

"Thermal adhesive" is what you would want to search for then but re you sure there is nothing else helping gold the pcb in place like some nylon spaces?
