Megane 3 (2011) Blank Dashboard

Got a Megane 3 1.5dci from 2011 with 151000km
The speedometer when back after i connected a odb2 to pair with the phone via Bluetooth.
Recon that i might've corrupted data as the dashboard/speedometer went all black.

Got a carprog tool but i don't have any dump files.

Can any one help me out?

disconnect the battery for 1 minute

In bench and bdm away flash/eep.

It does start, i am even able to run it as engine, ligths, blinkers, GPS, radio, etc are up and running... just the damm dasboard/speedometer appears off (not turning on)
I've checked all standard fuses under the dashboard and even the ones on the engine compartment... they all seem ok.

Regarding flash/eeprom, got no files to do it... kind of lost there.

Where could i get such flash?

all i got is the bin that i've attached to this message
