SKODA MK J5 FABIA WIPER MOTOR HELP wiring diagram please

HI folks
any body can please provide wiring diagram for wiper motor skoda fabia mk2 2008 , the wipers and cruise control not working , fuses are ok , the complete handle is changed , connector on the wiper motor has no voltage ,the fuse has 18 volts ???
what the problem could be ?? please help,

How do you get 18v? It can only be alternator.

i really have no idea maybe the meter is damaged ?? if it was 13 volts what would the problem be ??

Get scope out and start poking the wiper motor

Did you check voltage level on the battery connection?
And is the engine running or not when you measure?
GND connection ok at the motor?

bat is ok , engine is off , gnd is ok

Is the cruise control still not working as well? Did they both stop working at the same time?- It's one complete unit on those fabias as I recall for both stalks.
Why did you change the stalk?- Was this a cruise control retrofit? Have you checked any module coding either prior to or after fitting it?
Have you checked any fault codes? Are all connections securely fitted?
I would suggest your wiper motor is not the problem.
To have issues on 2 separate control systems at the same time is unusual, unless the thing connecting them is the problem...

problem solved . the problem was on the Body domain controller and ECU , the line connected to the BDC was smelted , overload which caused that the board went faulty ,
