Which diag equipment for Toyota Prado 1998 KJZ95 model?

I'm looking for some information on which diagnostic equipment or software I can use to read error codes from ECU and SRS system.

What I know till now:
- DLC connector 22pin under bonnet
- Can make jumpers in DLC to read blinking code from CEL or SRS lamp in dash
When read the codes in this way... I have only numbers now. How to know what they mean?

I have Toyota Teschstream which should support all Toyota from 1996 for diag functions.
- have XHorse 3IN1 MVCI (red/grey one)
- have MINI VCI cheap version
- have MINI VCI expensive version (full chip and firmware 2.04)
- have OBD2 to 22 pin connector

Also have FVDI-2014.

Any one EVER got any error codes read out by diagnostic equipment for this model?
Car is not near me that I can try it... have to collect all equipment and info and make a long travel...
That is why I can use all the information you guys can provide me.
