    Default Toyota Hilux c66 tssop

    Good day

    I have big problem with hilux mileage gd6 2018
    I read 93c66 tssop and saved data did the correctiob and when i want to solder the chip flew in the air and is lost now....
    You think it is possible to modify sop8 eeprom to work

    I have already tried to modify but no mileage is showing

    Any help will be much appreciated

    haha nice try, but you need new eeprom. or find original (maybe use vacuum cleaner with a new bag)

    I will try that haha i have remove pin 7 from eeprom and then mileage show 0 km

    8-Pin SOIC to DIP Adapter use a 93c66 soic chip and solder onto the adapter and adapter pins to pcv where the msop 93c66 chip was before it took off ...
    Works for Avanza as well

    I have sorted this out
    I will make an post about how i did it so next time when someone is in trouble they can use my post to sort out the problem with old hilux eeprom
