VW Tuareg bcm2

I get vw tuareg crash 2012 ,keys not work .i put another bcm 2 disable elv get contact with this set key and bcm. Try to org key coded in org bcm.
After programing 0 keys .I have arbritus org. Test key vin good inside.Buy used bcm try to adpaed 2 relay short to have comuncation with ecu and transmision go to change used bcm but arbritus again not key coded. Maybe im making some mistake to coded used bcm2 in manual not tell what to do ..maybe need key when coding in key reader or can not used coded bcm ?

any help is welcome i have sfivtec,arbritus,flex....... if some one need help im on skype tuningmark
