Smok licence RT0009 can do it dash+ ABS blocked by OBD.

Just be aware by patching or using blockers sometimes trip counter, average mpg don't work etc (not sure if cruise control is affected)

However I dont recomment to you any tool by obd2, the safest way is doing manually

change mileage in dash, put dash back in the car, if mileage changes, you will not need to do abs, if mileage doesn't change you will have to do dash + abs

That is not possible. Only with a can blocker in dash. But it's not 100% safe

It is not possible with smok, the version of this car is Brazilian.
smok is only designed for Eu market.
That's why I asked @ Felipevargas04 if I could read FLASH, among other things.
inside the ABS there are 95640.
