W212 Upgrade to color cluster

Looking for info on what needs to be modified in dumps for 2011 W212 E Klass to upgrade to color cluster ?

Attached both dumps ORIGINAL is monochrome cluster Donor is Color Cluster... I tried swapping data but display is not working.

Any help is useful
