For speed, Moving around and power usage SSD. SSD is faster. SSD has no mechanical moving parts so dropping shocking will not effect the drive. Also consumes less power and heat.

However

HDD is more reliable keeping data for longer. Downside is it is slightly slower, consumes more power and heat. And if you drop or shock it can effect it.

I personally use Samung EVO SSD for my computers and remapping. However i do have HDD for backing up data.
