Ecu replacement e78
Hello,
I got called out to do a ecu reprogramming on a large 2011 FedEx 6.2 liter box truck. He pulled used ECU from a 2011 Chevy Silverado that has passkey and the box truck dosen't. Well long story short I used acdelco web/java srs system with a j2534/cardaq3 and did flash based on vin of the box truck. Flash went smooth but box truck will not start, but it starts with original ecu. I guessing the srs dosen't disable the passkey system when flashed to a non passkey vehicle. Is there a way to do a passkey delete from ecu.
