Where can i buy a good AK90 BMW EWS programmer?

Hi, i have buy one Ak90, but cant connect with the ews, i have clean the ews, tested all the sides, but dont connect...

use xprog or vvdi to read EWS, they can read ews real fast and accurate

AK90 is old junk, do not buy it. My favorite tool for ews3 was always EWS Editor Lite which reads through kline. Like other poster said xprog works good too.

yeah have you tried thru kline when the mask is 2d47j?

To tell you the truth I don't remember the masks I use it on but I know I have never had it not work on a EWS3 that I did use it on. If the mask is not in the list then I probably used another tool to read it. Its not good for early ews or ews2 if that is where that mask is found.

For Rover only can read the EWS - for key programming I use Tango

If your EWS is OD46J, kline is OK

If 2D47J, you detroy by kline

I must disagree with you. Most of the world use AK90 for EWS becase it's very reliable and cheap. And for old EWS 1-2 which many are scared of, it's safe without desoldering MCU from board.

Had to order 2. first one didn't work from ali, indexed and bought by lowest price. Bought 2nd one from ebay and it works. Bought Kline adapter for like 60 but it never worked. Luckily Ive been able to read all ews3 with the socket.
