Default VW Golf 1.6 2010.12 need to fix immo

    Hi, m8s!
Car is starting and running, no problems.
ECU has no fault codes, immobilizer has two fault codes: 9456896 - Incorrect Key Programming B104D and 9456681 - Key B104C. On odometer it has running word IMMOBILIZER.
It looks like somebody have changed the instruments cluster: VIN in it is not the same as the car has.
At first I was thinking that there was Immo Off done. But the ECU wasn't taken out and opened. Maybe somebody managed to do immo off through OBD, but I have checked all my diagnostic boxes and haven't found the reading of this ECU by OBD.
How can I pair everything in this car? Customer wants to have no messages on cluster.

    Cluster:

    Magnetti Marelli 5K0920861

    ECU:

    Siemens Continental Simos 7PP2 5WP40779 06A906033MH

You can cut an empty key shell. Or remove the blade, from the key. To make a test.
FLEX does much by OBD these days.
