Interesting. Alientech, autotuner and others have developed this option while ago. That would be first Chinese tool to do edc17 pinout read and write?

They cloned/craked pcmflash SW Modul71...
And they built a scanmatik 2 pro clone as seen in this offer...
Users write positive but also negative threads/posts about this clone combination...
Some users write that sw/tool stop working and has to send back to seller...
It's not related to this seller and to this link...
It's related generally to this sw/HW combination...

after some use have this error:
Unable to use selected interface (J2534: Scanmatik - SM2 USB). Check if it's connected and not in use by other applications.
firmware scanmatik bloked and seller Livia Autoobd2 no change my interface scanmatik

Dont buy from http://www.fvdiobd.com/ they have not good service and bad warranty (ktm flash)..

A great tool. Fast, simple and secure. I have made a lot of vag edc17c46. mercedes w166 edc17. volvo xc60 2017 edc17. Never any trouble. write cheksum, everything ok.

Hi,
anyone using KTM Bench with success on Ford SID208?
My tool works on Bosch ECU in BMW-s for example but no joy with Ford SID208.
I can not read password. The connection diagram is from my original KTAG but KTM with Modul 53 don't make an ID. Plug the cable in to KTAG and all is OK.
Any help woud be fine.

PCMflash uses other pinout, and you have to solder also resistors... Originally Posted by Unichip77

KTM is only Chinese fake...
