Need help with e36 m3 auto to manual Dis/ NCS programming

Hi Gang,
Got 1997 e36 M3(US type) automatic was swapped to manual gearbox. (obd capable)
It had error for gearbox. I removed eeprom from TCM and clear adaptations - more codes.
But RPM is much more higher than it supposed to be.
I know it needs to be reprogrammed thru Dis/ NCS expert etc.
I have full laptop with ista ista/p etc expert tools but I can not connect DIS to read ZCS coding...
If anyone can help me in any way I would appreciate it.
Will pay for working solution.
