PROBLEM READ 28F512

Good, I share with you this problem in case anyone has had it, and if we find a solution that can help future colleagues.
I am not able to read a memory am28f010-120jc.
I try with my gq-4x4 reader and plcc32 adapter and I have no way to read it to me,
I have read several eprom with this reader and everything is correct but never a dip 32 using adapter.
After checking the continuity of the pins of the adapter, these seem to be correct, and after trying to read several similar chips in the first place it does not recognize the id of the chip and when it recognizes me it recognizes other brands of chips and a corrupt file (each reading is different)...
I also cleaned all the adapter and chip pins very well, but nothing is wrong, I am not able to read it ...
And tried to identify it in gq as am28f010b and also as am28f512.
But he doesn't recognize me.
By the way, the chip I'm trying to read is that of a 106 magneti marelli IAW 1AP.40.

I answer myself just in case someone has the same problem.
The problem is in the adapter that although it seems to have good continuity in the connections does not communicate with the programmer correctly.
