On PIN 26 I have 12V

P1256 - 35-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
18044 - Powertrain Data Bus
P1636 - 35-10 - Missing Message from Airbag Controller - Intermittent

hi. I desoldered motorola hc08 from board but I cant read it with UPA . Today I try 3 hours but without success. Do you know corect way to red this mcu.
