Peugeot 207 CC 1.6 VTI 120 hp rich mixture fault P2178 + P0420

This peugeot is driveing me crazy for months now

Peugeot 207 CC 1.6 VTI 120 hp engine
every two or three weeks mil lamp comes with faults for rich fuel mixture P2178 and P0420 Catalyst system low efficiency
This shity car consumes oil like crazy,but i don't think that the problem is in the cat.Every time when car comes with Mil ON all live data looks good so the problem is intermittent.Fuel trims around +5%,both lambda front and rear show normal readings rear is steady 0.6 V.
so far replaced

pcv membrane in valve cover

intake camshaft vanos solenoid

Problem is that every time when comes everythink is OK in live data
