I have some questions:
is there any cheap clone tool able to read and write DCM3.5 FLASH and EEPROM trough OBD(CAN or K Line)
if yes, any of them can do same thing with JC BSI?

same answer .... reading only flash from a DCM3.5 through OBD can be done by kess or fgtech v54 for example . If you want to read eeprom without opening ECU in JTAG, you're going to probably need some official stuff like magic FLEX tool .... and BSI JCI, the best is IO terminal for this job .... !

and what's situation with opened ECU and BSI, but without desoldering EEPROM ?

i don't get your question ... opened ECU on bench you can read with JTAG without desoldering but JCI BSI withoui desoldering either with IO terminal or smok for example. Or else you will have to desolder 95128 eeprom and read in programmer.
