open windows calculator, select programmer mode, press DEC, put 127000*100, result will be 12700000, now press HEX, the result will be C1 C9 60, add 00 at the beggining, the final result will be 00 C1 C9 60 (127.000 kms)

So i need to add always by every calculation at the beggining 00 ?

Now i start to understanding this system, to find the line where the mileage is stored i need to calculate the old value and then search for that line and edit with the new one ?

Adding 00 will depend of mileage you need. Mileage is always 4 bytes .

To see where is mileage stored you are right mate. It's great to see that someone is learning a little of my words.
