Help reactivating inertia switch on 2019 renault trafic 3 after crash in Prague

Hello good people! I need help as one of my close friends just had a light crash in Prague with a 2019 renault trafic 3, resulting in side curtain airbag deployment and inertia function immobilisation of the vehicle. My request is, if someone in the area with the necesarry technology (renault clip or other diagnostic tool capable of doing this job) can help me with reactivating of the fuel flow so he can get the back home. Any help wuold be very much appreciated. Thank you all.
